Using the location of title in my iPhone of data in my IOS
Profiler for the 1989 title The ‘Burbs with Tom Hanks .
I have two entry’s ( dvd , blue ray) , both titles are PG13 .
Using key pad titles cannot found , even shorting the titles to
Burb  Or even ‘b,  or even The ‘ .
Using cast find of Tom Hanks it is listed but  can’t be found under the
Title of  The ‘burbs  .    Wierd !

The apostrophe on my keypad ,  but even ignoring the apostrophe and only using burbs won’t find it either.
My windows 10 finds it no issue.

What is the UPC/EAN and how are you searching (title field of the general filter or the add to dvd collection search)? If the former, check your settings for that field to make sure the search is set to "contains".

Click the Search Options button (to the right of the search field) and select "Contains". This should find the profile using "burbs".

By th way, I believe that on the Canadian keyboard, the ”correct” apostrophy is on the same key as the comma.
What you have used looks more like a left single quotation mark.
