Do not use bold/italic to denote color changes. Well, while (Richard Madden) and (Keeley Hawes) are certainly in italics, their names are no bolder than the rest of the text. They're in white, while the rest of the text is grey, so that accentuates it a bit, but it's really no bolder than the rest, and per the rule I quoted above, the color difference cannot be reflected by putting these names in bold. Corrected disc labels to the standard "Episodes x-y" format. Added full cast and crew, all taken exactly as credited from the credits. Any common names as per the CLT and various common name-finding threads, and previously accepted birth years from the forum's pinned "List of Accepted Birth Years with Documentation"-thread.
