Added disc id's for those that don't use the boxset entries. Verified layers and regions with DVDinfopro.

In either case, the cast and crew are to be entered into the parent profile using appropriate episode dividers.

The box contains 2 individual keep cases, as a result, the parent is a Box Set (Slipcase) as has recently been clarified in the forums.
