Added Region 2 (confirmed with SlySoft AnyDVD).
Release date - http://www.bva.org.uk/node/712708
SRP to GBP.
Added Studios from closing credits and Media Companies from box.
Added Colour.
Removed Audio Track not present on the DVDs.

Re-audited Cast and Crew against opening and closing credits of each episode.

Cover scans are my own.
