That's not just how the company's credited here, but that's how it's *always* credited - it's always just "New Regency", nothing more. For further reference, you can also look at their official Twitter-account at https://twitter.com/newregency. Used BDInfo to establish whether the German and Spanish audio tracks are stereo or surround (see this forumthread for reference). It reports these as Surround.
