Further research has shown me that this use of the "credited as" feature is not necessary - have a look at Invelos' own "credit lookup" tool results: Michael Watkins: 278 entries, Michael W. Watkins: 67 entries (with still a few incorrect ones among them). Since "Michael Watkins" is the most-credited form, he can simply be entered AS CREDITED into this particular profile. Costume Supervisors, Make-Up Artist and Special Visual Effects added from the disc credits. Butler and Greene BY's from the accepted BY thread. Some episode titles fully spelled out (months were abbreviated) thanks to more space in the dividers. It completely screws up/inflates the CLT.
FACT: Imdb is WRONG 70% of the time! Misspelled cast, incomplete cast, wrong cast/crew roles. So for those who want DVD Profiler to be "as perfect as Imdb", good luck with that.
Stop adding UNIT crew! They're invalid credits. Stop it! |
