Character Names for main cast from Pilot Movie where applicable. Common Names used per CLT Frederick/Fred Coffin Frederick - 122/308 Fred - 6/6 Michael/Mike McCafferty Micheal McCafferty = 23/45 Mike McCafferty - 31/138 New cover scan as I had child profile declined because of Copyright... it is hard to see... but in the lower right hand corner of front cover. Box is a little too reflective so used the inside identical case as allowed by rules.
