This tool is 100% reliable. Ace of Stevens only made a mistake with The Descent Blu-ray, as this title was released with two different encodes under the same UPC. Based on this false information bob is hogging all votes.

Crew corrected and updated, as verified from the actual film credits:

Removed "Matthew Collinge" and "Danny Sheehan" (Sound) — both are credited as Sound Supervisor and there is already a credited Production Sound Mixer per rules.
