Skipper Johnson should be Skipper Johnston as shown in end credits
Jack Merrill should be Merrill Holtzman as Personal Ad Guy (not sure how this happened but can be quickly verified http://www.tv.com/sex-and-the-city/the-turtle-and-the-hare/episode/26608/summary.html
Panicker Upendran is credited in Episode 4 as Upendran Panicker, only source I could find that proper name is the former was IMDB so I did not use "Credited As"
Joanna P. Adler seems to be credited around the web as much with the P. as without (including in another in my collection 'School of Rock') so I am not adding "Credited As" along with:
