Resubmit: Since "The Artist Formerly Known as Docky won't fit on one line (however the first name field will allow you to type it in, then truncates it) it was suggested by SoylentDave to enter him as Docky (which is already in the database) and use a credited as...it works OK that way. Thanks to Bfd245 for pointing out the missing Group End divider.
