re-submit of coverscans.
White corners are now filled in (there was no reason for the decline so i guess that's the reason?)

Source DVD.

corrected rating for TV and CoO. Added studios as per bck cover and DVDs.

Added cast and crew in order of credits.

cover scans are cleaner and not as bright and better color.
