| Posted: | | | | ADDED: 3.5 crew from credits. (The Birth Year for Robert Fletcher, Costume Designer, is to differentiate him from the Sound person who worked on such films as Ginger Snaps). CORRECTED: Moved Publisher to correct field. Used Credited As for some cast and Crew. (Starting with my own database to establish similar names. Followed by internet research to confirm they are the same person. Finally with the results to the CLT to find common name). Information taken from box/disc/credits in accordance with contribution rules. Verified using Power DVD and DVD Decrypter. Any use of Credited As has been researched on the internet and then supported by the Credit Lookup Tool. Evaluate this contribution Profile Contribution Approved Dec 3 2008 1:49PM |

| Posted: | | | | Per the rules, the information in the Online profile should be for the first, original release of a film on DVD. "Fright Night" was first released on DVD on 10/13/98 (existing cover scans are correct from the first release...see 1998 copyright date at bottom of back cover); original 1998 release was letterboxed widescreen (see back cover, includes widescreen version but no indication of being anamorphic/enhanced...there was a later re-release that was anamorphically enhanced and the studio noted this on the back cover); original 1998 release was R1 only (again, see back cover). | Posted: | | | | Scanned covers. Existing colors are muted and off, and back is way too dark. Reds are now red. I just noticed the logos near the bottom of the back being placed slightly different, and the specs list. I thought mine was first release since it had WS and FS, but now can't say for sure. The Sony Pictures logo makes me think I'm probably second issue. My notes show I picked this up used in 2002. I still feel these are better enough scans to contribute, esp the front which is identical. Evaluate this contribution *Updated Notes* Scanned covers. These scans will soon be available in the "re-release cover scans" thread for those who may want them, at which point I'll stop this contribution. I'll leave em here for now to let those with the title know they exist. | | | Last edited: by bigdaddyhorse |

| Posted: | | | | Media company to match cover (didn't even notice this until submitting and the field showing up). Adjustments to crew from end credits of film. Joe Lamont with a song-writing credit for the title track, performed by J. Geils Band. I looked through their discography and this song is nowhere else but the soundtrack, obvilously written for the movie. Michael Redbourn credited as Mike. He winsthe clu results and is running away with this thread about his common name: http://www.invelos.com/MessagePost.aspx?task=reply&topicid=375421 Richard Edlund may not belong. He is credited as "Visual Effects Produced By" and the chart says nothing about producers, just director, supervisor or designer. I left him on out of respect for his other work and the fact that no one else is credited for effects (besides matte paintings). | Posted: | | | | ADDED: Missing crew from credits: Costume Supervisor, Special Effects. Crew Divider from credits as per rules. CORRECTED: Richard Edlund removed from crew as he is credited as VFX Producer which is not a valid role according to rules. Correct Robert Fletcher inserted - this BY is already in the database and IS needed...the other Robert Fletcher is a Sound person. CLT results: Clayton Pinney=2 Clay Pinney=30 Information taken from box/disc/credits in accordance with contribution rules. Verified using Power DVD and DVD Decrypter. | Posted: | | | | This is a new limited release blu-ray edition by Screen Archives Entertainment. I used the source material from the existing Fright Night DVD Profiler info, plus new info directly from the Blu-ray DVD itself. Note: this disc is Region Free. I didn't see a space to indicate that information. Evaluate this contribution Profile Contribution Declined Dec 14 2011 5:07PM Image Contribution Declined Dec 14 2011 5:07PM |
