Expanded studios. Added/corrected cast and crew exactly as credited, all taken from film credits, using the new "credited as" feature where necessary.

Re-audited cast and crew data: everything taken exactly as credited from the credits of the DVD under EAN 8-712609-063202, in which these changes have already been accepted, using the "credited as" feature where necessary - extensively researched on the internet and fully supported by Invelos' own "credit lookup tool" results.
