Full crew from open and end credits of film. I actually copied them all from the Dirctor's Cut audit I did recently, then double-checked against these credits just in case anything changed. Nothing did. Songwriting notes can be found here:

Cast also copied from Director's Cut, then double-checked against the credits of this theater version. No differences at all for anyone credited. I removed all the ones not already here as I couldn't vouch for or against them.
Howard Arliss is an error, it's Arliss Howard. 88/370 to 9/18.
Scanned covers. Existing are way over-saturated with red, making them almost cartoony. These are how the covers really look.
Re-subbing to fix covers. My previous covers looked perfect on my monitor, but when I looked on my GF's laptop (which isn't calibrated like my 16X9 desktop), I could see that my blacks were grey and everything looked faded and washed out. These look great on my desktop again, but I don't have the laptop to check. I think I got em fixed though.
