Source: DVD case, dvd menu and each episodes end credits.

Studios: Added dvd distributor as listed on spine

Added trailers as there are previews on the main menu

Added crew with episode dividers as credited in each episode

Added cast with episode dividers. Roles carried over from existing profile - or left black if no role was given in end credits.  - Left out those not listed in credits.
