add new blu-ray. sources for all specifies from the blu-ray disc & blu-ray cover. cast and crew from the movie main credit.

1. i added Genres as on PART 1,
2. i added Studios and MC as credited on BD,
3. i edited overview matching cover,
4. i added crew and cast as credited (BY of Robin Williams came automaticaly),
5. i added a little sharper scans

Media Type changed, it is a Blu-ray / DVD combo.
Features corrected: added digital copy, removed animated menue which is no feature.

Removed incorrect "Sound" credit - per the rules, we can only use the "Sound" credit "when there's no production sound mixing credit". There is, so this minor studio technician we're not after for DVD Profiler purposes has to go.

Note that there is only one Paul Massey in the database, and as such, he doesn't need - nor can't he have - a birth year. As such, you'll find that this is listed in the "invalid" list in the forum's pinned BY-thread.
