| | Posted: | | | | Add David Daker and John J Carney to Episode 1 as uncredited. They appear in all 4 episodes but the credit screen containing them for Episode 1 was accidentally omitted when the credits were remade for the DVD due to it being a late insertion in the originals and thus showing for only half the time it was supposed to. Souce: Restoration Team forum: The RT are the ones who made the error in omitting the credits and have admitted and apologised for the mistake.
