Updated edition, as on front cover.
Moved studio to media company field.
Other features: Audition/Rehearsal Footage belongs in both Featurettes and Outtakes.
Verified layers with DVD profiler and DVD Decrypter.
Updated screenwriting credit (from back cover).
Removed "^" from cast names. This character doesn't exist in Japanese, and is only meant for western pronunciation purposes. It's not easily identifiable like the French "ç" or "é", so it's best to leave them out entirely, to avoid confusion.

Finally, I updated the cover images. Hope you like them.
