Studios: Added to from end credits.
Features: Interviews added.
Crew: Removed Jack Keller & David Behle who are credited on disc as "Mixing Recordists" which is not cover by any of the sound options.
Cast: Used the credited as for Joe Pecoraro [Joseph Pecoraro].
Cover Scans: Better colours, definition and cropping.

improved scans ( not too dark resulting in loss of detail ( see his trousers ) & correct shade of brown on rear cover ....well on mine anyways ! :-)

( but the blacks are good ! Doh ! lmao )

Added missing Crew credits from opening and closing credits.
