| | Posted: | | | | corrected studios (taken from credits, media company taken from backcover) added disc-IDs added crew (taken from endcredits) completed and corrected cast exactly as featured in end-credits covers scanned with gauze and digitally cleaned up to get some better results out of steelbook - still not happy with backcover, but the original steelbook also looks quite dull.
