Copied crew and cast from UK DVD 5051892226806, which were checked against the actual end credits. The source of the crew and cast on 883929-701858 was a Dec.5 contribution based on a 'screener', which is a shady source at best, with lots of typos to boot.

The film was made in several countries, and I left out all unit crew with Int'l in their role.
