Made some updates of dubious quality (see below). - Not sure of primary company, so going with Wikipedia saying Canadian. - It seems that the DVD was originally released in 2001 and then rereleased in 2003. All of the websites I've checked have release date of 2003 and differing SRPs. Frojm peicing various things together, £12.99 is the highest SRP I can find and hence the most likely to be accurate for the original 2001 release (if nothing else, it's better than $0). - Overview from cover - Updated disc ID - "Aundrea MacDonald" case automatically changed, and submitted as replacement camel-case is more likely for this name.
