Corrected cast and crew, all re-verified exactly as credited from the actual film credits. Note that per Ken's specific instructions, the on-screen credit of "P.J. Byrne" (there's no space between the initials) now has to be entered (the system even does it automatically now) as "P. J. Byrne [P.J. Byrne]".
