I compared all the Japanese characters from the credits to the Japanese wikipage, used Google translate to find the correct roles (crew) and names (crew and cast). I also compared them with names that were already in my collection, and used 'credited as' where necessary. Cast roles are not listed, so I used the ones from the booklet.
