Hello.  I've some changes to suggest.
Studios:  Corrected.  On-screen at the end of the end credits it says "Warner Bros. Television Distribution".
Features:  Added to.  There are Play All options for each disc and an Introduction to the series on Disc 1. Also, I don't think the booklet is referred to as a Collectors Booklet anywhere.
Crew:  Corrected.  The Foundation Imaging dividers removed. Ron Thornton appears before the latter company's name in the on-screen credits (and not even on the same 'page') and none of the people listed after it are valid credits with respect to the Rules.  4 Make-up Effects credits added to all episodes, as the individuals are credited onscreen as Make-up Effects Artists or Make-up Effects Supervisor.
Cast:  Episode 5 - 'This' James Black is in the List of Accepted Birth Years.  Episode 11 -'This' James Black is in the List of Accepted Birth Years.  Episode 11 -  Doug McCoy vs Doug E. McCoy is 19/32 vs 12/18, so results in a change of Common Name.  Episode 13 - 'This' Michael York is in the List of Accepted Birth Years.  Episode 19  -  Divider corrected.  Capitalisation amended using the Capitalization Tool.
Cover Scans:  Made by me.  I think the rear scan is better; better edges and the white parts closer to the actual appearance.
Cast/Crew from: From the opening and ending credits.

Do you ever find yourself striving for perfection with an almost worthless attempt at it?  Guttermouth "Lemon Water".  Also, I include in my Profiler database VHS tapes, audio DVDs, audio books (digital, cassette and CD), video games (digital, DVD and CD) and 'enhanced' CDs with video tracks on them, as well as films and TV I've bought digitally.  So I'm an anarchist, deal with it.  Just be thankful I don't include most of my records and CDs etc in it too; don't think I haven't been tempted...
