The Foundation Imaging dividers removed. Ron Thornton appears before the latter company's name in the on-screen credits (and not even on the same 'page') and none of the people listed after it are valid credits with respect to the Rules. 4 Make-up Effects credits added to all episodes, as the individuals are credited onscreen as Make-up Effects Artists or Make-up Effects Supervisor.
