Removed Production Notes from the Production Notes (Approved by the DVD).
Changed the video format to 1.78:1 (Measured by screenshot 1024:576=1.78).

new scans of the snapper case with better cover scan quality
and without the plastic wrapping,
sharper scans with less compression artefacts,
gaps on the back filled electronically
