Running time corrected to actual running time as displayed on my DVD player.

Corrected studios.
Added Production studio that is listed on back cover.
Expanded History Channel to The History Channel.
Put DVD distributor last.

Added crew: Source: Actual end credits of the documentary

Added cast:
The only one credited in credits is the narrator.
The rest of the "cast' is in order as they appear in the documentary.
All of these are "credited" with an onscreen display of their names during the documentary.
