Full cast and crew from recently accepted profile of the Canadian version of this disc/set (same UPC). Thanks to Pantheon for doing the hard work. Here's a thread about it:

I like this since it includes all the extened cast, not just a select one or 2 like the existing does (not to mention the couple names missing from the existing theatrical list). Also has the full crew.

Sorry about that Bruce Willis BY thing, for some reason it was in my local. In my defense, it's also approved since there was no opition to not include it. Cleared it from my local so it's good to go now.

Changed the title to match the front cover – "Frank Miller's" is in a different font size to "Sin City", so isn't part of the title.
