Added numbering to existing episode dividers. I made a correction to episode title 'Hearts and Minds' but no additional actors were added to the profile and none were removed, only the existing information was updated. | | Posted: | | | | Uploaded Crew details. NOTE: For Production Sound Mixer Michael Moore used common name and used Credit As field in the format his name appears. This is to differentiate him from Director Michael Moore who made Bowling For Columbine and Fahrenheit 9/11. See website: http://www.uk.imdb.com/name/nm0601632/ Adjustments to Cast made: 1) Reordered in order of credit. 2) Removed any actors that do not have credit on the episode in question. 3) Adjusted roles of 'Co-Stars' as they appear in the Closing Credits. Left 'Uncredited' cast members remaining unchanged. 4) Added some additional 'Co Stars' and obtained roles from Closing Credits. 5) Split up two-part story 'Pilot', three-part story 'Exodus' and assigned the cast as they appear in the credits. Renumbered episode titles, which now match numbering on back covers of individual sleeves of the keep cases. All details verified with screen credits as per each episode from DVDs. Also updated improved cover scans with colours closer to actual Slip Case, as the existing scans are wrong colour.
