add missing Infos, Source Blu-ray. Cast and Crew taken from aproved German DVD Edition with small additions from Credits

- Completed Studios from film start credits.
- Completed Overview from Backcover.
- Corrected and completed Crew from film start and end credits as credited.
- Cast ordered as credited. There are no normal end credits with Cast and Roles. First part is show in film start credits, one name per screen, the rest in end credits again one Castname per screen. I ordered them in order as credited. Last 3 are uncredited. Role names are from approved Danish DVD EAN 5-708758-661294.

I ordered the Cast as credited. Role names are from approved Danish DVD EAN 5-708758-661294. Corrected Solvey Christensen to Solvej K. Christensen as credited and the 2 last corrected roles as credited.

corrected studios as credited. the correct name (Det Danske Filminstitut) is the same as on "end credit".
