Full crew from open and end credits of film. Paul B. Clay had a second credit for "sound design", right after his SSE and just before the re-recording mixers. David B. Miller, credited without the B. is tricky but I think it's right and within the rules. The credit on screen is "Freddy Krueger Make-up by David Miller Creations". Then under that is make-up crew, where David is the lead name. I included him because he has teh same credit in Nightmares 1,5 and 6. As for the name: CLT shows no B. to be a huge lead, but a closer look shows almost all those are an actor or dircetor who shares the name.
