Add Bonusdisc (disc 5) from the new release of this movieopera in the "Coppola restoration". Scans with HP scanjet, ID with profiler.

Less artefacts, colours more accurate, sharper. These are - as the original contrib scans - from the non-steelbook edition, which was released concurrently [both are therefore first releases].
