Added DVD by DiscID (the limited edition was just a re-release).

2. Bought the DVD in February 2005, the Limited Edition was released in June 2005...

Actually this DVD has been released three times in Germany:
1. As part of the Perfect Collection Box
2. As Single Disc
3. As Limited Edition
