The Boys (2009) Credited 2 times.

First at the "Busker Alley" part as AJ Carothers (book by)

Second at the "Thank you, always" part as A.J. Carothers

Edit: I just played through the feature and at least at the 39:50 mark I did find the following credit when he is on screen:

A.J. Carothers
Chances are that the "Disney Staff Screenwriter" credit of the existing Profiler submission is somewhere in the same feature, but right now I don't have the time to watch the whole feature (approx. 1 hour and 41 minutes long).
However, I think it is safe to say we now indeed can add this name as credited.

But none of them constitutes a valid credit, right? While no doubt well-deserved, I don't see being listed under a "Thank You" header as a valid cast credit. And the fact that he once wrote the book for Broadway musical 'Busker Alley' is very nice, but 'The Boys' is not a capture of that Broadway musical - instead, it's a documentary about the Sherman Brothers, in which many, many of the productions that the Sherman brothers have worked on are mentioned - 'Busker Alley' is just one of those. I don't see how a mention of "Busker Alley" featuring the Sherman Brothers' score is optioned for Broadway in a documentary about the Sherman Brothers constitutes a valid crew entry for Mr. Carothers.

Correct indeed.
Both credits, to me, are not valid for our purposes.

I will however reverify the whole credit part, perhaps I have overlooked a part (it was kinda late when I checked these credits, so perhaps I did not look close enough).

Edit: I have looked some further into the feature and at the 36:11 mark I did see the following credit.

A.J. Carothers as Disney Staff Screenwriter.

He was interviewed several times, some with credits, others with only his name, and in this case with the "Disney Staff Screenwriter" role.
This is not visible in the start and end credits, only during playback of the feature. But in this case, the evidence is clear that he is credited.

That's indeed the entry that I found in the CLT. I've added it as confirmed to the list in the first post of this thread.

My Three Sons - Season 1, Episode 17: A.J. Carothers as Writer (written for screen).

Besides episode 17, I only did check episode 1 as well, but could not find him credited.

This seems consistent with one CLT credit.

The other CLT credit also did credit him as a writer for the following episodes:
22. Man in a Trench Coat - A. J. Carothers: Writer
34. Trial By Separation - A. J. Carothers: Writer
35. The Sunday Drive - A. J. Carothers: Writer

However, I did not check those.
We already have enough proof with episode 17.
