By the automatic pictures from here, they are the same, imdb says they are different.
"Naveen" (20/116) (at least in my collection) is known for
- Charmed (Original Series), Season 7, Episode 5 ("Styx Feet Under")
- Million Dollar Baby
"Naveen Andrews" (345/934) is known for
- Der englische Patient
- Die Fremde in Dir
- Lost (all Seasons)
- Mein großer Freund Joe
- Planet Terror
- Sense 8
The numbers in brackets are from the CLT and would make the common name perfectly clear, but we need any confirmation that this is the same actor/person.
According to Million Dollar Baby, this site lists him as "Naveen Andres"

| | Posted: | | | | It's most likely that the photo for Naveen is simply a mistake. The cast/crew photo database was assembled by multiple people here on the forum in multiple contributions, and people are fallible creatures by nature.
The photo for Naveen was most likely contributed by someone who assumed they were the same person as Naveen Andrews.
But just looking at the pics, the dude from "Charmed" and "The Poughkeepsie Tapes" is not the same as the dude from "Lost." | | | If more of us valued food and cheer and song above hoarded gold, it would be a merrier world.

| | Posted: | | | | The Naveen in Charmed is definitely not Naveen Andrews. I've just looked through the episode Styx Feet Under and there is one doctor in the episode. The actor credited as playing him is Naveen but, as you can see, the actor is not the man best known for his role in Lost.   |
