I had this working but since 3.03 it does not load.

If I go to the view pluhins menu I can see it listed but when I check the tickbox it gives an error that says that

"The selected plugin's load function failed"

Are there some instructions on how to un-install and re-install the plugin somewhere? Can't seem to find any in the forum are the download site.

Cheers

RAP

For uninstall simply call <Profiler 3 installation path>\Plugins\CCVPlugin\unins000.exe

A dynamic link library (DLL) initialisation routine failed.

What operating system do you use? I haven't had a chance to test it on Vista.

Another possibility is, that the following file is missing:
C:\Program Files\Shared Data\Microsoft Shared\DAO\dao360.dll

Tom,

This is thé best plugin yet. Absolutely amazing. Works Great.

I also downloaded de CC viewer to be able to maybe make an awards file for Dutch Film Awards (Gouden Kalf) but after starting the ccviewer.exe a completely different msi package is starting, from a program (Robogeo) no longer on the system. Any thoughts on how I can fix this? Or is there another way to install ccviewer.
I apriciate the hard work and any thoughts on my problem with ccviewer

The CCViewer is simply an exe file packaged in a ZIP archive. Simply unzip it and then start CCViewer.exe.

Another idea. Does my CCViewer program work on your machine? If not, maybe it helps to identify the problem.

So I now noticed. After starting the exe, an installer starts wanting to install a program no longer there. If I cancel out (which takes about 3 or 4 times hitting a cancel button) I get your program.
It happens everytime. Strange and I never had this before. Anyhow I'm able to use it now so...?
Did you write it in .Net. If so it's probably some .Net feature ;-)

No, the CCViewer is a good old VB6 program. It sounds like some other tools intercepts the exe call and does something. It certainly does not come from my program.
It sounds like maybe a dll is used which was also used by that Robogeo program and now Robogeo wants to repair itself. Or what exactly is that msi installer, which is called?

I looked for robogeo in configuration and then software to find it in the list. After de-installing it, I started ccviewer.exe again to find out it now wants to do something with spyhunter. I tried to de-install that program but it gave an error. So now a cancel out of this sequence to be able to get to ccviewer. I certainly don't want to imply that it's coming from your program. Believe me I know how strange Windows sometimes works. Just wanted to let you know that the ccviewer exe triggers something that I have never seen triggered by anything else and was hoping for some advise. Don't let this bother you to much, it doesn't bother me. So let's focus on what's really important, like getting some more award files out there :-) I'm going to make a Gouden Kalf file. Be patient though..... ;-)

For uninstall simply call <Profiler 3 installation path>\Plugins\CCVPlugin\unins000.exe

So I've un-installed and installed again but still get the same error.

Any ideas how to troubleshoot further?

Try to run "regsvr32 CCVControl.dll" in the CCVPlugin folder. I have a feeling, that registering this DLL doesn't work.

Did manually registering itself succeed? I.e. was there a message, that registering was successful?
