Yes, it's possible. Just download the software

You no longer have to register to use the free version.

There are some limits to the free version now, they can be found here

Not sure what you need help with.  You asked if free registrations are possible. The answer is yes.

If you want to know the future of 2.4 Ken has stated that "support for version 2.4/2.5 will continue in the short" at IVS. Submissions to the 2.4 database however are no longer being processed. You can read his specific comments here

If you need some more help you will need to be a bit more specific as to what answers you are looking for.

maybe if you sent a PM (private message) to ken he may find you in the user database and grant your access again... ( maybe i am wrong too, but it's worth the try!)

on my side, i cannot reach www.intervocative.com (website) anymore... neither my database over there....

If you go to the intervocative.com website, and login there, You can recover your Reg Key by clicking on "registration" on top of the screen.
With every passing hour our solar system comes forty-three thousand miles closer to globular cluster M13 in the constellation Hercules, and still there are some misfits who continue to insist that there is no such thing as progress.
