Okay, I have 3 of them now and just got the 3rd one today.  As I was inserting the discs to download the profiles by DiscID I noticed that the keepcase for Goldeneye was slightly different than the others.  From the outside it looks identical, but in all the other sets when you open the keepcase, the 2 discs are centered and side-by-side.  In this one, the left disc is at the top and the right side disc is at the bottom and the center push button to release the disc is different as well.

I'm wondering if anyone with the 3rd boxset could check theirs and see if they notice this same thing?  This was bought from Best Buy and I'm thinking that maybe it was damaged or returned because it was damaged and they just swapped out the keepcase and re-shrinkwrapped it.  I'll probably swap it either way, but that's pretty shady if they did that.

Just checked mine, all 20 thinpaks are identical, with 1 one disc on the left, 1 on the right.

They probably just bought a bunch of thinpak from a different manufacturer and it entered the production line on that single movie. I wouldn't worry about it.

My Goldeneye in set 3 (also from Best Buy) had an odd case as well, different from all of the others. I actually had to return the set due to a loose/scratched disc with that one. The replacement set also had the odd case, but the discs were intact.

Interesting.  Thanks for the replies.  I guess it's not that big of a deal, just wanted to make sure I wasn't buying a used/replaced title as "new".  I don't have much trust in Besy Buy.
