Ken,

I've sent you 5 images. In doing so, I've discovered something.

All the covers I've checked that I've scanned that are R1 seem to work. But the R2 and R4 ones I've checked have the problem.

No idea why that could be an issue, but it does seem to be for me at least.

Definitely confirmed. I read your post and just looked at my mobile DVD Profiler, and you're right. I just looked at the first 30 DVD covers or so on my PDA, and ALL the Region 1 covers are fine, but the Region 2 covers are very, very blurry. Very strange!

Have played the game for 3 times now. All my cover images are R2. All looked blurry so far, except for 1, also R2.

Region 2 - player

I have this problem with many profiles, regardless of the regions.  Some I have scanned myself and exported as jpg with different programs over the years, others came from the online database.

I have the same problem. But after a few tests I would say that it isn't a matter of the region but of the locality. When I change the locality to "United States" I get the clear full screen picture, even if the region is not R1. OTOH, with region R1 and locality "Canada", "Canada (Quebec)" or any other country I get the blurry picture.

Hey Ken,

When do you plan to release 1.0.1? Would love to get it before I jet off to Poland after tomorrow!

I can think of three reasons you what this....
1) you plan on doing some DVD shopping
2) you want to kill time on the flight by organizing your collection
3) you've showed-off to everyone in your own country and need to go global.

  at no.3

It's actually no.2 mostly - it's to take my mind off the flight by mucking around with my dvd collection on my phone because I really hate flying! (And I like the pretty dvd cover pictures....)
