I copied this from a previous posting from kahless:
1. Restore your online collection from Intervocative into your profiler 2.4
2. Make a full backup of your database within profiler 2.4 (file ends with *.dpb)
3. Start profiler 3.0 and restore from here the database

You'll have to run your old 2.x version one more time.  Do a backup of your database to your hard drive (or download then backup if necessary).  You will then be able to restore the backup file into version 3.x.  The two versions will not upload/download across versions, but 3.x will restore backup files from 2.x.  Both versions will run at the same time on your system, so don't worry about that.
