Hi Ken! and All!

1) Great program to compliment the Desktop version.

2) No landscape support.  Somewhat of an issue.  The newer keyboard phones and all landscape possible. (including the one I have).  Doe not have to be a complicated "theme" (or hwatever it would be called).  Just horizontal view when the keyboard is out.

The program switches into landscape fine on my phone as the rotation seems to be handled by the phone and not the program. The only slight issue is that on the main screen it cuts off the invelos logo and the exit 'button, but you can still exit from the x in the top right (actually cuts off a just the lower bit of the magnifying glass and tape measure icons). All the other screens seem perfectly usable.

True.
Clearer description is a landscape "theme"?  Something so the whole screen is used.

I put my TyTN II with WM 6.0 Pro in landscape mode and observed the following (I switched to landscape mode before starting DVD Profiler):

1) Start screen cut off at the bottom.
2) My "Owned" list did not fill the screen and was cut of at the bottom. Bottom of scrollbar hidden and unable to see the last movies.
3) Movie details: Fill the screen sideways, cut of at the bottom. Unable to get to the tabs changing displayed information.

So as far as I can see I would say DVD Profiler Mobile does not support landscape mode at all on my phone. Luckily it's not a big deal as I do not need the keyboard when running it.
Regards
Lars

Hi,

Totally agree - landscape mode would be nice, i have an IPAQ Travel Companion - TomTom likes landscape but DVD Profiler likes portrait and cuts off the bottom in Landscape...... please, please, can someone help as it's a pain to keep switching.

Thanks & Happy New Year 2008 - may we all find lots of good DVD Bargains.

I also have the TyTN II (as an AT&T Tilt), and it's a great phone, especially because it can run DVDPM.

I agree that it's perfectly usable without the keyboard, and I certainly wouldn't complain if it never gets a landscape mode, but there are times when it's easier to use the keyboard - searching by title, for example - and having it work smoothly in landscape would be an improvement.

But it's not high on my list of priorities.

Any chance of getting an support for VGA Phone like the Athena (X7500)?  It works in landscape mode but is small in one corner.  When I look at the covers in switches nicely to VGA mode but not during "List Mode"  Thanks
