Moving forward, I think the Rules should be altered to allow films to be so profiled that were released independent from the main feature of the subject DVD/Blu-ray (not specially produced as special feature material for DVD/Blu-ray). This should include TV programs, theatrical films and direct to DVD/Blu-ray productions. |

If the publisher arranges to have a previously released episode from a TV show or a direct to video film added to a release of a film or TV show, because of the subject matter or its relationship to the main feature, I think it is worthy of being profiled--providing it is on its own disc of course. |

The majority feel that this qualifies as a bonus feature film because it is, in fact, a feature film. It has nothing to do with the rule being invalid. I'd like to see the day where we can profile everything from the main feature all the way down to the featurettes made specifically for the DVD release, and everything in between.
