Updated coo.
Updated crew and cast from the opening and end credits. All common names were checked with the current results of the Credit Lookup Tool.

Added accepted birth years for:
John Vernon
Craig Kelly. Most of the current credits for Craig Kelly are from the '1970'-Craig Kelly. When these are removed, only 3 credits remain for '1907'-Craig Kelly: Commando Cody: Sky Marshal of the Universe, The Furies, Zombies of the Stratosphere. There's only one credit for Craig G. Kelly: Dirty Harry. So the correct parsing should be: Craig Kelly [Craig G. Kelly] (1907).
