Case Type - looks like another slipcover release from Universal (like The Mummy films and Doomsday), so the banner belongs - and of course with slip cover ticked, you won't get the "double banner" effect.

Added digital copy dvd, single layer verified with Nero InfoTool.
Cast and crew from end credits.
The scans are my own, and as usual I have problems scanning reflective originals, but at least, these are from the actual cover (slipcover).

Disc Info: Yes there is a second disc containing only the Digital Copy. There is no Disc ID (the program doesn't recognize it as a DVD (or BD - tried Beta also) so per the Rules (...but only contribute the DVD Video information.) it shouldn't be listed. Removed.
Crew: from closing credits; added Art Directors
Cast: from closing credits
1) Hula Dancers is group credit and should be singular for each person
Scans: from BD slip case; managed to draw out the bottom banner and get more uniform color from blue background. Sharper text.

Audio: DTS now correct per jacket and PowerDVD
Disc Info: extracted from BD (the package contains a digital disc w/o a disc ID, but still capable of being noted in the Disc Info section - I seen other submit them like this and it seemed a good idea)

Cast: There are two versions of the film on the BD. The Extended version (the one we report for Time) has three more people at the end of the Cast List. I debated adding them with or without the divider. Not fond of dividers but this delineates the Theatrical/Extended casts, in the order on the disc.
