What is cultural proclivity?

from m-w.com...

Proclivity: an inclination or predisposition toward something; especially : a strong inherent inclination toward something objectionable

So, I am guessing, a cultural inclination.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.

So by not knowing what cultural proclivity is, I disagreed with you? Now I'm really  (confused)

From the all caps THE I do conclude that you mean the answer to the question about life, the universe, and everything? But you are wrong, that answer is 42.

Maybe it is the parser in me, but I have to break it down for you.

skipnet50:  We don't do François when the credits say Francois
RHo:  Correct, but we do François when it says FRANCOIS.
skipnet50:  NO we don't.
Martin_Zuidervliet:  Indeed, it has to be FRANÇOIS for that.

Unless I am off my game, which I am not, 'Indeed' is an agreement to your statement and the rest is in reference to Rho's.

Wait, wait, wait.  I got 69.  Are you saying my math is off?

In French the capital letter matching "ç" is "C".

Uh okay, but when do I need to use that "Ç" on my keyboard?

I can't tell, for mathematical questions, you have to ask Douglas Adams.

I don't have a capital ç on my keyboard. But then my keyboard is not French either. My lower case ç is accessed with "shift 4".
BTW the French keyboard doesn't have a capital ç as well.

You can make "ç" by pressing ' and c
You can make "Ç" by pressing ' and shift + c

on an US-international keyboard.

Couldn't you as well type altGr-shift-< on an US-international keyboard?
My point is that if the French language would have a capital ç, the French keyboard would probably also feature a capital ç, but it doesn't. And as far as I know ' is not a dead key on the French keyboard either. So the French users can only enter a capital ç by entering the ASCII code while holding down the alt key. Not very convenient if the capital ç would be part of their language.

Yes of course that would work too.

I still like to know when the capital ç is used if not in the French language.
