The lower paragraph actually contains the description of the movie. it just happens to have a review snippit at the end of the paragraph, and all reality, the paragraph makes since if you remove it, but it is part of that paragraph. The rules make no distinction whether the reviews are stand alone or grouped. There is an exception in the rules for the incorporation into the text of the overview. Quote:

* Line-break hyphens
The question then is, are these incorporated into the text of the overview. I contend that the overview starts, in this case, at "Charlie Babbitt". If my contention is correct, then the preceding line is to not be included. It is already acknowledged to be separate by a paragraph break, so now is it actually part of the overview. At what point do we include "reviews" within the text of the overview. Do we now make the distinction, that if more than one review is put together to form a sentence or paragraph on there own, it is now part of the overview? As i said, I can live with that, if it is a rule. The way that I read the rules at this point, is that reviews are not to be included except for reason stated before. (I think just another paragraph) And theo votes were very different. So I'm not agreeing with the ones that say the rules can stay, because it has worked very well. |
