Changed some crew names to match with their usual credited name from other dvds, and used the credited as field to keep their actual credit the same.
Used imdb to check which names they usually go by.

Patrick Macnee is incorrectly credited as Patrick MacNee (with a capital N) - I used "credited as" for this. Sandy Helberg is credited with playing 'Angelo DiMentibello', not 'Angelo DiMentibelio'. Robin Menken (correct common name is already in the profile - matches with credits in other films like 'Head Office' and 'High Anxiety') is credited as Robin Mencken.

Studios: I don't understand where 'AVCO Embassy Pictures' comes from. I've checked both opening and closing credits, and the opening credits say: "Embassy Pictures presents", while the end credits say: "an Embassy Pictures release", followed by "Copyright (c) MCMLXXXIII Embassy Pictures". I've made two screenshots that show this - have a look at http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b227/timzelf/spinaltap.jpg. Therefore, I propose to change the studio name to just 'Embassy Pictures'. Also, Embassy Pictures was the theatrical release studio, not MGM. MGM is just the DVD distributor (MGM Home Entertainment).

Changed common name for John T. Reitz to John Reitz

The common name lookup tool reports the following stats for this person
"john reitz" is credited in the following 257 titles (867 profiles):
"john t. reitz" is credited in the following 260 titles (467 profiles):

Based just on those numbers, the current common name is correct.
However, there are several movies where he is listed in the DB as John T. Reitz, but he is actually credited as John Reitz.

I have personally verified him as John Reitz in the following movies:
The Animatrix (At least 1 profiles and 1 titles has him incorrect as John T. Reitz)
Constantine (At least 16 profiles and 1 titles has him incorrect as John T. Reitz)
Ghost Ship (No wrong credits)
The Matrix Reloaded (At least 10 profiles and 2 titles has him incorrect as John T. Reitz)
The Matrix Revolutions (At least 8 profiles and 2 titles has him incorrect as John T. Reitz)
The Matrix (At least 8 profiles and 2 titles has him incorrect as John T. Reitz)
Walt Disney Treasures: Mickey Mouse in Living Color: Volume Two (At least 2 profiles and 1 titles has him incorrect as John T. Reitz)
This Is Spinal Tap (No wrong credits)

I have personally verified him as John T. Reitz in Fright Night (At least 5 profiles and 1 titles has him incorrect as John Reitz).

Based on the numbers from the CLT and the analysis over, I propose a change of common name from John T. Reitz to John Reitz.

Moved media company and credited as for Ed Begley Jr. as the CLT shows his common name is without the comma:
"Ed Begley Jr." is credited in the following 254 titles (392 profiles)
"Ed Begley, Jr." is credited in the following 180 titles (283 profiles)

Looking through the CLT, there seems to be a lot of incorrect IMDb-mined data. In the IMDb, “Ed Begley, Jr.” is comma-less, but is credited in this and every other disc I own with him as having a comma.
His common name should be “Ed Begley, Jr.” so I’m putting him down as he is credited.

As documented in this thread, this sound re-recording mixer's "common name" is David Campbell.

Quoting the contribution rules on rating details:
Quote:
Obtain the rating details in order of preference from:

• DVD case, usually on the bottom rear
• Rating page displayed on-screen
• Filmratings.com, or the equivalent region-specific ratings information website

As this is a U.K. locality profile, the "equivalent region-specific ratings information website" is bbfc.co.uk. So since there are no rating on the case, and there's no on-screen rating page, I've taken the rating details (minus the "Contains" prefix) from:

http://www.bbfc.co.uk/CVF031374

Added group dividers to cast - taken from the end credits. The unfortunate Patrick Macnee change is caused by a new automated contribution filter as explained by Ken here.
