Looking at Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time I came across a credit for Vladimir 'Furdo' Furdik.
This clearly is an IMDB entry, but unfortunately according to the CLT at the moment it would also be his common name.

Even if we were to take imdb as a source he is only credited as an actor in the following ways:
Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time: Furdik Vladimir (confirmed, 2 titles in CLT)
The Last Legion: uncredited
The Lady Musketeer: Vladimir Furdik (6 titles in CLT)
Dragonheart: A New Beginning: Vladimir Furdik
Crazy Six: Vlado Furdik (0 titles in CLT)
V zajatí lásky
The Dragon Ring: Vladimir Furdik

Most other credits are as a stunt man, which we do not credit so it now looks like Vladimir Furdik is the common name, but before I contribute I'd like to have some more certainty.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No credit for him in The Last Legion.

Dreagonheart: A New Beginning:
VLADIMIR FURDIK

For those I couldn't find a entry in the database:
Crazy Six
V zajatí lásky
The Dragon Ring: Vladimir Furdik

So it's all on The Lady Musketeer (La Femme Musketeer). But I can't help with this one.

I do indeed. It's fancier than what I was working on; I only used bold in my list, but had no colours.

I just checked Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows and I see Vladimír Furdík
-> there are accents on the second i of Vladimír and the i of Furdík

I concur with baham on the Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows credits, it is definitely Vladimír Furdík, with accents.

That's very well, but I think we should list the actual results.

We use accented letters if they are in the credits, don't we?

Prometheus: Vladimir Furdik (as Mercenary 2)
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?
