You can't do it from the Remote software or from your My Account page at Logitech.com. You will have to contact Logitech Customer Service and ask them if they will delete it for you.

There are two ways around your troubles:
(1) Create a whole new account ID and over write the setting of the remote.
(2) If you are still under warranty then contact Logitech/Harmony CSR for help setting up the remote.

I have Four Harmony remotes.. and had to set up an account for each remotes settings.

Hint on any of the Harmony remotes.. if you need to add a device.. move say the DVD Player to share with the TV's settings teaching the remote the most offten used commands.. I was able to add another device to my 650 using this trick.
