Do you have to run a rooted phone?

Hi Oliver
I finally figured out the issue with the file size difference. I installed the program on my phone
and * I Ran It Once *.
I installed the plugin. Flagged some movies, checked the appropriate options.
I receive an error message:
Cannot find program. You must run one time...etc.

OK. I stopped there, went back, ran the program again. Tried to get it recognized.
Again no joy.

My first install was to my SD card. 1) Are SD cards and issue? 2) What folder in the main memory do you need to put the apk in to be able to install it? (if an SD card won't work?)

Phone HTC Droid Incredible 2, not rooted, 4gb main, 16gb micro sd card

I don't know which program you ran, but it can't be an official Invelos program. So you should look for the thread of your program in this forum or at least look up the name of the program.

Dave you should not have to be rooted.

But post issues on Oliviers forums or in the Droid_DVDP app thread
